Biography
Dr Jas graduated with a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine & Surgery degree from Murdoch University (WA) in 1998. Jas has a strong interest in orthopaedic surgery and has worked with Melbourne’s top specialist surgeons to perfect his surgical skills.
Dr. Jas has 26 years of experience of clinical experience. Dr. Jas began practising TPLOs in 2010 and has performed over 1400+ successful TPLO surgeries on dogs ranging in weight from four kilograms to eighty-eight kilograms. Additionally, the clinic provides more than 500 orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeries per year, while also providing primary and ongoing care services for pet families. Dr. Jas has spent a great deal of time learning from renowned veterinary specialists both internationally and in Melbourne. He has successfully ran multiple veterinary clinics and currently he owns Animal Medical Centre in Boronia which he established in Dec 1999. Jas has a passion for animal welfare and also works closely with several non-profit rescue organisations.
