We have decided to make it easier for the community to get repeats of your pet prescriptions or to order prescription medications with us online.  Please allow at least 1-3 business days for your medications to be ready for pick up, we think it is best to arrange a prescription refill 7 days prior to your pets medications running out. Special orders and compounded medications may take up to seven working days to organise.

Before any medication is prescribed, a professional diagnosis is required. All animal prescriptions must be fulfilled within six months of the last consultation, sometimes a blood test may be suggested depending on the underlying health conditions of your pets and medication side effects/monitoring.

If your pet is not due for an examination or blood test, we can prepare most prescriptions for pickup within one business day.
